Well let's see... it's early Saturday evening, as you can see it's raining cat's (Noxema) and dogs (which we don't have) that's what Blogs are good for. For the time between...

Between working (cutting wood, digging a pond, pouring concrete, etc.) and relaxing (watching TV, eating, watching more TV, sleeping on the couch, watching even more TV, etc) Blogs are for catching up on what went on during week (if I only could remember) and saying hello to Jennifer in NC and Simonne and Jan somewhere in India (?) on their way to somewhere else in Asia. Now I could do that with an email or a phone call. After all even though they're thousands of miles away you can reach them through one electronic gizmo (boy is that a grandpa word if I ever heard one!) or another! That's the way you do it.

And now you Blog-it! Not only can you reach out to your children where ever they are but (I would never do it) you can reach out to anyone with a computer and an Internet account and let them know all kinds of privat things about yourself that you wouldn't even tell your (are you still talking with them?) neighbors!

I thought I'd just say that and see if anyone (not my kids - they know better) cares to comment!
